These purses were made along with the four you see just below. They are all one of a kind. I will be doing a free giveaway sometime in the near future, so check back to find out when and how to enter the contest. Let your friends who might be interested know so they can have a chance to win also. I am always working on new purses, and I will be updating the blog with new pictures soon!

the tote
This is the lovely Sarah modeling the tote style bag that I designed with just the idea of a larger purse in mind. But when I got the body finished, I decided it would go better with a short double strap as opposed to a longer across the body strap. Although, I don't know, the longer strap would work too, I suppose. I love the idea of a tote. You can just throw in whatever you need for the day. Perhaps I'll make another one for myself soon.

This is a batch of purses I made just this summer. Actually, it was more like the late spring. It's weird, I seem to make one bunch at a time, and they go together in a way. Maybe it's just because I'm looking at them all together over a short period of time, so it just seems that way to me. I don't know. It's like they are a family or something.
Anyhow, you can see the ones at the front much better than the ones behind. Or maybe just the very first one is visible enough to view well.
So don't worry, I will be posting more pictures of all the purses in this group.
There are square and rectangle shaped bags in this grouping.

In case you don't know me, here I am. I am wearing one of the very first purses I made. I carried it for a while. Then I met a girl who liked it a lot. She wanted me to bring more so she could see; she still liked this one the best. Now she is the owner of one of my favorite creations!
The front is a thick green velvety material with a grey, blue and brown striped pocket. The back is actually a pink and white lightweight cotton fabric.
I like to mix and match the fabrics, or mix and not match them!
I have not made two the same yet, although I have thought about it. Usually I am working with small quantities of material that will only make a few purses. My original goal was to make each one completely unique!
